Hello! My name is Adrienne Saltzberg. I am a graduate of The Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy in Laguna Hills, CA. This was my initial training and where I completed a 1,000 hour state accredited certification as a Neuromuscular & Sports Injury Therapist in 1996.
I quickly realized that the more one learns, the more one sees how much more there is to learn, especially when it comes to the body. Seeking to deeply understand the human body and the way it moves and heals, I went on to further my studies in sports injury treatment and prevention, neuromuscular therapy modalities, myofascial dysfunction, gait analysis, pain science, clinical herbology and have continued taking courses and learning new approaches ever since.
I offer a wide range of modalities with much focus on prevention and treatment of injuries.
Prior to my career in bodywork and during my training, I spent years on the pool deck lifeguarding, teaching, and coaching all levels of swimming.
Being a results driven person, I take immense pride in assisting my clients find their way out of pain and back to doing the things they love most in life.
